NOTICE TO WINNERS: Attempts to notify potential winners will be made using the e-mail address or telephone number provided at entry. Sponsor is not responsible for e-mail, telephone or other communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes may be picked up at Devonshire Mall Guest Services at 3100 Howard Avenue, Windsor ON N8X 3Y8. The winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within 30 days of winning. Any forfeited prize(s) will become the property of Devonshire Mall and may be used and/or disposed of at Devonshire Mall’s sole discretion. The 30-day period includes weekends and holidays. Devonshire Mall business hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 9 pm, Saturday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am – 6:00 pm. Devonshire Mall will not notify winners of time remaining on prizes to be picked up. It is the winner's responsibility to claim their prize within the time limit.
